Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply when you play Zoom Out at zoomout.dev or as a Discord Activity. Zoom Out is run by Nawar, an individual based in Switzerland. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
Zoom Out is free to play. A new puzzle appears every day. We may change, pause or end the game or any of its features at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Play fair
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to play, or to send fake results to the player statistics;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, the database or the Discord Activity;
- copy the game, or scrape and republish the puzzles, as your own.
Spoiling today's answer for others isn't against the rules, but it's not very nice.
Photos and content
The puzzle photos, design and code belong to Zoom Out or to the credited photographers. You're welcome to share your results and screenshots of the game, for example on social media. Please don't reuse the photos for other purposes without asking.
Discord
When you play inside Discord, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply. Zoom Out is not made by or affiliated with Discord.
Tips
Tips on Ko-fi are voluntary gifts that help keep the game free. They don't buy any features or rights, and the game is the same with or without one. Ko-fi's own terms apply to the payment.
Your data
See the Privacy Policy. In short: no accounts, no cookies, no ads.
No warranty
Zoom Out is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any damage or loss from using it, including lost streaks or statistics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Swiss law applies.
